RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling (including cost of packing and supplies).

The item must be returned in resalable condition and with all paperwork to ensure proper credit. Customers need to contact us before returning items to obtain a return authorization. If a return is done without any authorization or communication, we reserve the right to refuse it or send it back to the sender at the senders expense. Remember, communication is the best policy.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please supply us with your order number, and the item description from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
